Our Impact

In 2022, our commitment to educational improvement extended to the renovation of Khawarizmi High School in Safi city, Morocco. To make this endeavor a reality, we joined forces with the Girl Up Campaign, not only securing essential funds but also forming a strategic partnership with Girl Up Morocco. This collaborative effort aimed not only to address immediate needs but also to establish bridges for ongoing support, ensuring the enduring success and sustainability of the project.

Our comprehensive renovation efforts resulted in the transformation of the high school building into a conducive and modern learning environment. Beyond the structural enhancements, we created a safe and inviting space for students to study after school, along with the establishment of a much-needed library.

Recognizing the challenges faced by students from disadvantaged backgrounds in Moroccan villages, we, in collaboration with Girl Up Morocco, took on the initiative to provide these ambitious and driven individuals with accommodations. This step aimed to ease the logistical challenges these students encountered and create an environment where they could focus on their studies without the additional burden of housing concerns.

The partnership between Better Tomorrow Global and Girl Up Morocco was inspired by a shared commitment to empowering students from underprivileged backgrounds. Together, we aimed not only to renovate a school but to provide a holistic support system for students aspiring to overcome challenges and succeed in their educational journey.

Post-renovation, our engagement continued with the launch of a program at Khawarizmi High School. This program, conducted twice a month, focuses on the significance of higher education and provides guidance on the university application process. By offering these sessions, we aim to inspire and equip students with the knowledge and resources necessary to pursue higher education, fostering a culture of ambition and achievement within the school community.
