Working closely with the village residents and the village leader, our aim was to ensure that our solutions were not only aligned with their specific needs but also highly effective in addressing the challenges they faced. This collaborative approach was instrumental in tailoring our interventions to the unique circumstances of Anjeva village.

In October 2021, our team renovated the school by repainting the interior and exterior of the building and repairing the rain gutter downspout. The scope of our intervention extended beyond physical renovations. In addition to refurbishing the school building, we implemented measures to improve the overall learning environment. This included the provision of clean water and sanitation facilities, as well as the supply of essential learning and teaching materials such as blackboards and tables.

Recognizing the dedication of the volunteer teachers, many of whom lacked formal teaching credentials, we further invested in their professional development through tailored training sessions. This holistic approach aimed not only to enhance the infrastructure but also to elevate the quality of education offered at the school, acknowledging the invaluable role of educators in shaping the future.
